Talk

One issue. A clearer next step.

Talk is A free 15-minute conversation with our founder. Bring one software or systems issue. You'll get his view of the problem and a practical next step.

Free. Fifteen minutes. No slides, and no obligation to go further.

A straight conversation about one problem.

Most technology conversations try to cover the whole business. This one covers the thing that is actually on your mind.

A system the team has stopped trusting. A project that has slipped. A spreadsheet holding a process together. A proposal that looks expensive. Software that was built quickly and now needs a grown-up opinion.

You speak directly with our founder. The call is the briefing. A short note on the issue beforehand helps, but it is optional.

What you get

  • Fifteen minutes with Tom, the person who would do the work
  • A clear view of the problem, in plain language
  • An initial recommendation
  • One practical next step you can act on

What a sensible next step looks like

The point of the call is to leave knowing what to do.

That next step is usually one of these:

  • Something your own team can do
  • A fixed-price Guide audit, when the picture needs a proper review
  • A plan to build, modernise or connect the systems you already have
  • A decision to leave the current setup alone

If Neon Mountain is the wrong fit, you'll hear that on the call. We don't like to BS anyone!

Fifteen minutes is enough for one decision.

It is enough to look at one problem properly and say what should happen next. A full review of your systems, a written roadmap or a price for a build is a separate piece of work. When that is the right move, we agree the scope and the price before anything starts.

Is this for you?

Talk is a good use of fifteen minutes if:

  • You have one decision and want a senior opinion before you spend money.
  • You are unsure whether new software is the answer.
  • An important process depends on a person, a spreadsheet or a system nobody wants to touch.
  • You have a quote or a proposal and want a second view.
  • A project is drifting and you want to know why.
  • Something was built quickly, including with AI, and you want to know if it will hold.

Bring one issue.
