What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Contact details — name and email address when you send a message or request our introduction deck.
- Message content — anything you include in the contact form.
- Technical data — standard server and hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type and request times) generated when you visit the site.
- Consent preference — a record of your cookie-banner choice, stored in your browser’s local storage.
We do not sell your personal data.
How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and arrange calls or meetings
- Send or provide the introduction deck you requested
- Manage our relationship with prospective and existing clients
- Operate, secure and improve this website
- Meet legal and accounting obligations where required
Our lawful bases are typically legitimate interests (running our business and responding to people who contact us) and, where needed, consent (for example, your cookie preference) or contract (where we are preparing to work with you).
Cookies and similar technologies
This site may use cookies or similar storage to help it work smoothly and, if you accept, to understand how the site is used.
Your cookie preference is stored locally in your browser so we can remember your choice. If you choose Affirmative, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies / similar identifiers operated by Google to measure visits and page use. IP anonymisation is enabled in our configuration. If you choose Denied, analytics is not loaded.
You can clear site data in your browser to reset the banner and choose again.
Who we share data with
We use trusted providers to run the site and handle enquiries, including:
- Hosting — the website is hosted on infrastructure operated by Vercel.
- CRM — contact and deck requests may be stored in Searem so we can follow up.
- Analytics — if you accept cookies, visit data may be processed by Google Analytics (Google Ireland / Google LLC) so we can see how the site is used. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Booking — if you book a call, you will use Calendly, which processes the details you provide under its own terms.
- LinkedIn — if you follow a LinkedIn link, LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies.
We only share what is needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and CRM records for as long as they are useful for following up and managing our business relationship, and then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law.
Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s normal operations. Cookie consent stored in your browser remains until you clear site data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability where applicable.
To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do.
