The challenge
Spreadsheets were becoming difficult to manage for day-to-day language services operations - coordinating clients, interpreters, job offers, rates and invoices across growing volumes.
What had once been a workable set of workbooks was becoming harder to share and harder to grow with. The business needed a system that matched how the agency actually runs.
Our approach
Direct client delivery of a greenfield web application shaped around the agency's real workflows - with import paths to bring existing interpreter and client data across from the old spreadsheets.
Built end to end as an Angular front end and NestJS/MongoDB API, with email, PDF invoicing, file storage and maps support for location-aware interpreter matching.
The solution
Delivered a full-stack operations platform replacing the Excel-based system - covering the agency's clients, interpreters, jobs and billing in one place.
